Entrecôte:

This is the most popular steak in Switzerland. Entrecôte is one of the more sophisticated cuts of beef, called “entrecote” because it is found between the ribs (côte in French). We propose several choices of tender grilled entrecôte with very little fat, from 200 to 500 grams.

 

Rib-eye:

The rib-eye steak, well known and served all around the world, is generally considered beef at its tastiest. Rib-eye steaks are cut from the main muscle attached to the spine of the animal and our steaks are served in 200g pieces, grilled to your desire.

 

Fillet Steak:

This exclusive cut is the leanest steak on the menu, also referred to as a ”tournedos”.  The steak is taken from the centre part of the tenderloin and is high quality beef. We serve it in 200g pieces.

All steaks will be accompanied by vegetables and a side dish of potato gratin. A side dish of rice will be offered if you do not prefer the gratin.
