Fish pot

This certainly has to be one of our restaurant’s most unusual and eye-catching dishes – definitely one for Instagram! It is served in a traditional steam pot which uses charcoal to heat the water-based broth, made from vegetable stock and fresh vegetables.

It comes with 7 different types of raw fish that you cook in the steam pot.

The fish includes, scallops, shrimps, calamari, perch filet, salmon and tuna slices, and also pieces of silver bass.

A dish for all fish lovers, unusual and delicious!
