Truffle fondue

For this dish, we took the classic mixture of Gruyere and Vacherin fribourgeois cheeses, and added locally produced black truffles to provide a really amazing taste for lovers of truffles.

Every Thursday, we offer an “all you can eat” truffle fondue day, and not only is a side dish of the famous Swiss air-dried ham, potatoes and bread served with the fondue, a glass of prosecco will be offered with this deal.

All for 58.- CHF per person.
