This is one of the most popular specialties in our restaurant Le Museum, something that is not found anywhere else in Montreux. It is a table barbecue grill, known in Switzerland as the Charbonnade, and it comes with the finest cuts of prime beef filet and five different home-made sauces, plus our own potato gratin. It is a constant favourite of our clients, a delicious and spectacular dish indeed, recommended to be shared with family and friends.
